But the hospital is covered in blood, and a blood thirsty grandma with a mask is walking around killing people. You need to be as silent as possible to avoid the Grandma, and to find the exit! How to play Granny House

You play Granny House by moving your character with the arrow keys. You can open doors with the E button, and you need to avoid hitting obstacles, or else that will make a sound and the grandma will come looking in that direction.
