Ludo Master
The popular kids game we all probably played has been brought online! This online version has the exact same rules as the board game and is easy to understand. Bring down your 4 pieces across the board to the middle as fast as possible and become the champion.
How to play Ludo Master
You start in the menu by choosing how many players you want to play with. You fill out your names with each colour and the game starts. Your 4 pieces will start on their starting circles in your home base on your colour. Player 1 starts by rolling dice. Click on the dice to roll it. You can move a piece from your home base on the start square of your colour by rolling a 6. If you do not roll a 6, the turn will move to the next player.
When you have a piece of the board, you can roll again and move the spaces on the dice clockwise on the white squares. If you have multiple pieces on the board, you can choose which piece you want to move. You have to cross the whole board and end up on the row that is the colour of your pieces. You can finish the game and bring your piece to the home square. If you like this board game, also check out other board games like Mahjong Connect.
The rules
If you are in the final row of your colour, you can only move your piece by rolling the exact amount of spaces it takes to get to the home spot. You can capture other opponent’s pieces, by landing exactly on their spot. This will send their piece back to their home base, and they will have to roll 6 again to bring the piece back on the board. Also, it is important to know that you can stack pieces on one square. Especially if you have multiple pieces in your home base in the beginning of the game, and roll 2 sixes in a row, you can move 2 pieces to the start spot. Rolling 6 means you can roll again straight after that.
This game is a really fun thinking game, and you will need some strategy to win. A golden tip for this game is to move your pieces evenly, instead of focusing on one piece. This will lower your chances of your pieces being captured.
