You play as one of 16 European countries with the real groups from the 2012 European Championship. Play out all the penalty shootouts, and win every match to be crowned as the mighty European Champion.

The gameplay of Euro Shootout 2012

After choosing the nation you want to represent, you can start the first group match. Each match is played out with a penalty shootout. After 5 shots by each team, you need to have scored more penalties. Make sure to miss none and to save as many as possible.

Shooting the penalties requires some skill. You first decide the height of the ball with the meter. Then, you decide which direction and corner the ball goes to. Finally, give the ball the right power. Decide what kind of penalties you want: placed penalties in the corner or bullets straight through the middle!

Saving the penalties is a bit harder. Before the opponent shoots, you quickly see a blink somewhere in the goal. This is where the ball will go. You can click in the goal somewhere to dive there. Make sure to dive in the right place, and also at the right time. If you are too early or too late, the ball may fly right past you.
